In June 2024, Greenwood Ave. collaborated with Tulsa Juneteenth as the official merch partner for the two-day festival. We created a Greenwood Ave. Greenhouse for our pop-op activation and designed merch that complimented the concept with slogans like “Rooted in History.”

The theme of Tulsa Juneteenth that year was “This is Oklahoma.” Not only is “green” a part of the brand’s name, but we wanted to nod to Oklahoma's northeast region known as Green Country. We hoped the greenhouse would represent the flourishing, thriving, & growing spirit of Black entrepreneurship in Tulsa and around the globe.
